This is the nationally recognised Ofqual approved Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET).

This can be delivered as a 3 day classroom or blended course or a 4-day classroom or blended course. The 4 day course allows for additional micro teach sessions so new trainers are able to register with FAIB for the delivery of FAIB regulated first aid training.

The course will give learners the confidence and knowledge to teach adults. Learners will be able to create and deliver effective and inclusive training sessions for a wide range of adult education qualifications.

During the course, all learners will create their own 15-minute micro-teach sessions.  They will deliver these to the other learners and receive feedback and assessment from the learners and instructors.

This is a lifetime qualification, it does not expire.
