Your privacy is very important to us.
In order to conduct our business and to comply with our regulators requirements for their approved courses we may need to collect and store personal information including but not limited to: name, address, contact phone number, email address, company name, occupation, ethnic origin, and courses and dates attended with pass or fail information.
All information we collect is held in secure premises and/or in a secure database with access restricted to only the staff who need access to the information to be able to conduct their roles and fulfil the business objectives.
Contact information will be used to send out reminders for the dates qualifications expire. The information may also be used to provide you with information on related products and services that may be of interest. Individuals and organisations can opt out of these if required by replying to an email asking to be removed from future updates or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email.
All customers can inform us if they do not want to be contacted by direct postal mail, email, and/or phone and this is recorded along with their contact information. Customers can also ask us change any part of, or remove all, their contact information from out database and we will comply within 48 hours.
From our web site, training courses, and marketing activity we also use opt in email marketing lists that fully comply with UK regulations on email marketing e.g. opt in and unsubscribe regulations.
First Aid For All will not give away or sell your contact details and we will only use them to provide you with the specific information that you have requested.

Data required for issuing certificates: we hold personal data for a minimum of 5 years to comply with our regulator. We are required to hold it for this duration in case of disputes e.g. proving that a person was trained by us, in a specific qualifciation and on a specific date.
Certificates can only be issued if the person agrees to this.
Booking on behalf of someone else: you must check that all attendees you are booking for understand and agree to our privcy policy and terms and conditions.
