Introduction to First Aid for Mental Health in the Workplace. A half day/ 3.5 hour workplace mental health awareness course.

This is an overview of workplace mental health suitable for all staff. 

The course will help get conversations started in your workplace and make staff think about workplace mental health, and behaviour and attitudes towards workplace mental health issues. 

Syllabus

• Overview of workplace mental health and "first aid for mental health"
• Recognising possible signs and symptoms of a person that has mental ill-health
• Awareness of Mental Health and its stigma
• How to access help for those in crisis or need
