We do not currently have a trainer living in Calderdale, so courses here are delivered by our West Yorkshire trainers based in Bradford and Wakefield, who come to your premises and are the same people who deliver our courses across the rest of the county.

First Aid for Mental Health and Wellbeing training for working with children.
This Mental Health training course is aimed at anyone looking after or working with children. Staff will gain the skills and knowledge to support children with their mental health and wellbeing.
The course is relevant for both primary and secondary school mental health training.
Staff Learning Outcomes
By the end of the training, staff will be able to:

- Show others what actions to take during a mental health crisis.

- Demonstrate how mental health and wellbeing strategies are applied in practice.
