1. Introduction
These terms apply to all services provided by First Aid For All Limited ("we", "us", "our"), company number 06996015, registered office: Caroline House, 146-148 Audenshaw Road, Audenshaw, Manchester, M34 5HQ.
By booking a course or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and Availability
- All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
- A booking is confirmed when we have received payment (public courses) or issued a booking confirmation (private courses).
- We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- Public courses: full payment required at time of booking.
- Private/on-site courses: payment due within 30 days of invoice or before the course date, whichever is sooner.
- All prices are in GBP. VAT is added where applicable.
- We accept payment by card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
- Certificates will not be released until full payment has been received.
4. Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds

- Summary: 14+ days notice = full refund (minus payment processing costs); less than 14 days = no refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel a course. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
5. Course Delivery
- Course content follows the syllabus set by the relevant awarding body and UK regulations.
- We reserve the right to change course content, trainers, venues, or dates where necessary, with reasonable notice.
- If a venue change is required, we will offer a full refund if the new venue is not acceptable to you.
- Courses are delivered in English. A minimum of Level 2 English language competency is required for most courses.
6. Certificates and Qualifications
- Certificates are issued subject to successful completion of the course, including any required assessments.
- Certificate validity periods are set by the relevant awarding body (e.g. ITC First, TIB).
- We are not responsible for changes to qualification validity or recognition made by regulators after certificate issue.
- Replacement certificates may be subject to an administration fee.
7. Attendee Responsibilities
- Attendees must arrive at least 15 minutes before the course start time. Late arrivals may be refused entry.
- Attendees must bring valid photo ID for Ofqual-regulated courses (see cancellation policy for accepted ID types).
- Attendees must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation, so we can make reasonable adjustments.
- Attendees must behave in a professional manner. We reserve the right to remove disruptive or abusive attendees without refund.
8. Health and Safety
- We maintain appropriate risk assessments for all training activities.
- Some courses involve physical activity (e.g. CPR on the floor, recovery position). Attendees must inform us in advance if they have any physical limitations.
- We maintain public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
9. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of First Aid For All Limited and/or the relevant awarding body.
- Materials must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability to you is limited to the value of your booking.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, travel costs, or accommodation costs.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, pandemic, government restrictions, venue closure, trainer illness, transport disruption, or industrial action.
In such cases, we will offer a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund.
12. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
13. Website Use
- The content of this website is for general information purposes only.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but make no warranties about completeness or reliability.
- Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
14. Complaints and Disputes

- We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.

- We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
- Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
