First Aid Annual Skills Update (Online)
Keep your first aid skills current and your confidence high with our online First Aid Annual Skills Update course. Designed for existing First Aid at Work (FAW) and Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate holders, this 2-3 hour refresher revisits the essential life-saving skills that may be needed in a workplace emergency.
Annual refresher training is strongly recommended to help first aiders maintain competence between three-yearly requalification courses.
Topics include CPR and AED use, the unresponsive casualty, choking, severe bleeding, shock and seizures. Based on the core skills of workplace first aid, this update helps ensure you remain prepared to act quickly and effectively when it matters most.
