Onsite First Aid Training in Birmingham
First Aid For All has four trainers based in and around Birmingham, including the Black Country, and in the last year they have delivered onsite Paediatric First Aid, Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid for Mental Health courses for a specialist care provider, a city-centre bar and a recruitment business. Onsite training is how we work in the West Midlands: the trainer comes to your premises, the course runs on a date that suits your team, and everything from the two-day paediatric qualification to a mental health first aid course can be arranged.
We do not currently schedule public course dates in Birmingham. If you need to train one or two people rather than a group, register your interest below and we will contact you when a Birmingham public date is arranged. Our current public dates are all in the north west and are listed below.

Automatic External Defibrillator Training Description
AED course: Automated External Defibrillator training course.
This course is for workplaces that want staff to be able to respond to a not breathing casualty and make best use of an onsite AED.
AED Course Content
- AED best practice: Learn the recommended steps and guidelines for using an AED effectively.
- AED safety: Understand essential safety precautions when operating an AED.
- Angina: Recognise symptoms of angina and provide appropriate first aid support.
- CPR and AED: Deliver high-quality chest compressions and integrate AED use during CPR.
- Choking: Administer first aid to a casualty who is choking.
- Heart attack: Identify common signs of a heart attack and respond promptly.
- Initial Assessment, communication, and care: Perform initial checks and communicate clearly to ensure proper casualty care.
- Unresponsive casualty: Position an unresponsive casualty safely to maintain airway and breathing.
- Role of an AED first aider: Understand responsibilities when acting as an AED-trained first aider.
