2 day/12 hour Online Mental Heath training course via Zoom This is delivered to attendees by an instructor over Zoom at the specific times stated. Please make sure you can attend all the required times. This 2 day First Aid for Mental Health and Wellbeing training course will give employees the knowledge and skills to be a workplace mental health first aider and wellbeing champion. The course covers a wide range of workplace mental health conditions. The course is approved by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB).
Suitable for employees and managers who want to understand workplace mental health and wellbeing issues. This includes how to recognise and respond to an employee in crisis.
Learners will understand common mental health issues and the services and support available from healthcare professionals and voluntary organisations. Syllabus
This includes recognising mental health conditions and how to provide the correct assistance and/or information. This is a recognised qualification approved/accredited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB).
