First Aid at Work certificates are usually emailed within 24 hours of course completion. If urgent, we can email it on the same day the course finishes.

Certificates remain available online for 5 years. It is free to view/download whenever required.

Fraud protection: all our certificates display a unique validation link for employers or inspectors to quickly check it is valid.

Photo on First Aid at Work certificate? If needed for your employer or for working overseas, we can take your photo while you are on the course and add it to your First Aid at Work certificate. This is only possible on certificates/qualifications that state FAFA, IOL, or FAIB, and not Ofqual.

Train: Guide Bridge station is 5-8 minutes walk

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the course start time. 

Learners are assessed by one or more of: practical assessments, verbal questions, and scenarios.

This is ideal for people who do better with practical learning rather than theory tests.

There is no end-of-course test.
