About the Life-Threatening Bleeding +F course

Learn the skills and knowledge to recognise and manage Life-Threatening Bleeding. With additional topics specifically to cover the "+F" first aid requirements.

Selection, application, and securing methods.

Environmental Factors: Hypothermia and Heat Stroke

Assessment Criteria

Practical Assessment:

Demonstrate correct application of tourniquets, dressings, and recovery position.

Competency Sign-Off:

Instructor observation and feedback during practice sessions.
