A first aid certificate lasts three years, and letting it lapse is the part that catches people out. Tell us the course and the month it expires and we will email you before it runs out, so you have time to book and stay qualified. It works whoever trained you.
Up to three emails: about three months, one month and one week before it expires.
Confirm by email first — nothing is sent until you click the link we email you.

We can only look up certificates we issued — but your first aid

Tell us the course you did and when it expires, and we will remind you before
it runs out. It does not matter who trained you.
