First Aid certificates are usually emailed within 24 hours of course completion. If urgent, we can email it on the same day the course finishes.
Certificates remain available online for 5 years. It is free to view/download whenever required.
Fraud protection: all our certificates display a unique validation link for employers or inspectors to quickly check it is valid.
Photo on First Aid certificate? If needed for your employer or for working overseas, we can take your photo while you are on the course and add it to your First Aid certificate. This is only possible on certificates/qualifications that state FAFA, IOL, or FAIB, and not Ofqual.
The HSE compliant 1 day Ofqual Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work / EFAW training course must be a minimum of 6 hours training time to learn first aid with a mixture of theory, individual and group work, and practical sessions.
This course is accepted by the HSE and it is Ofqual Level 3.
No prior knowledge or experience of first aid is required.
The course syllabus is as required under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
On successful completion this gives the learner the right to be an ‘Emergency First Aider in the Work Place’.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the course start time.
Continuous Assessment by the Instructor
Learners are assessed by one or more of: practical assessments, verbal questions, and scenarios.
This is ideal for people who do better with practical learning rather than theory tests.
There is no end-of-course test.
