Online First Aid for Mental Heath training course via Zoom This is delivered to attendees by a qualified mental health instructor via Zoom at the specific times stated. The course may be delivered in 1 session or split into multiple sessions. Please make sure you can attend all the required times. Introduction to First Aid for Mental Health in the Workplace. A half day/ 3.5 hour workplace mental health awareness course. This is an overview of workplace mental health suitable for all staff. Syllabus
